I was having issues with the plex app on my apple tv gen 4 so i decided to delete the app and reinstall. since then, i have been unable to reinstall the app. whenever i try to download it again, i am stuck on "waiting" or "loading". anyone experience this issue or have a fix? i called apple support and they have walked me through all the troubleshooting steps, which haven't worked..
